Step by step

  1. Put 120 g of ice into your server, under the dripper.
  2. Grind 20 g of coffee a little finer than you would for hot filter.
  3. Bloom with 40 g of hot water for 45 seconds.
  4. Pour slowly to 180 g. The coffee melts the ice as it drips.
  5. Swirl, pour over fresh ice, add milk if you like, and find some shade.
