Mēllo is a small coffee roaster with one rule: good things take their time.
We roast in small batches, buy from people we know by name, and post your beans the day after they leave the drum. That’s it. That’s the whole plan.

Every batch starts with a little patience and a lot of attention to detail. We believe great coffee takes time, so we let each roast develop at its own pace, bringing out the natural sweetness, distinctive flavours, and unique character of every bean.
From farms we know.
We buy green coffee from a small group of producers and importers we trust, and we keep going back. Good relationships, like good coffee, take years.
