When do you roast?

Every Tuesday. Orders placed by Monday night are posted on Wednesday.

Whole bean or ground?

Whole bean keeps longest. If you don’t have a grinder, pick the grind that matches your brewer and we’ll grind it the day we post it.

How long does coffee stay fresh?

Best between day 5 and day 30 after roasting. Keep the bag sealed, cool and away from sunlight.

Do you ship across the UAE?

Yes. Free shipping on orders over ⃃ 150, and subscriptions always ship free.
